What Entrecasas is

Entrecasas is a web app that helps separated parents organise their children's lives: custody calendar, day swaps, expenses, documents and lists. It is an organising tool, not an official record, and it does not replace advice from lawyers, mediators or psychologists.

Terms of use

Using the app on your phone is free. Sharing it with the other parent requires the Family plan after a 30-day trial: €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, VAT included. One pays and you both get in.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the app's Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the subscription. By starting to use it within that period you agree that the service begins.
You agree to use Entrecasas in good faith.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence or use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
